Social media platforms optimize for one thing: Keeping you scrolling. Addictively. At eYou, we asked ourselves a different question: What if users finally decided what they wanted to see? That single question changed everything. Instead of trapping our users inside one algorithmic feed, we let them choose. Today, our social media app, eYou, offers 28 interest-based feeds covering everything from politics, sports, and food, to photography, humor - and more. And when major global events bring people together, we create dedicated temporary feeds. Following the success of our football World Cup feed, we’ve just launched a new Tour de France feed! 🚴 To my business partner @Jasseem Allybokus and I, that’s what user-driven product development must look like: Listen to our community first. Build second. In this short video, I explain how one simple user suggestion evolved into a feature now used by our 100,000+ users. P.S. thumbs up to my assistant and number 1 supporter, my daughter Camille. 😉 Now, over to you: What temporary feed should we add next on @eYou? Let me know in the comments.
