WHAT’S NEW ON eYou? A little update, with some useful improvements to make your eYou experience smoother! REPOSTING JUST GOT EASIER! You can now repost directly using the buttons below a post, or while viewing posts in full-screen mode. No extra steps needed! SMOOTHER VIDEO UPLOADS Uploading a video? Your screen will now stay awake while the upload is in progress, helping prevent interruptions. And if an upload fails, eYou will try again when you return to the app. A FEW FIXES BEHIND THE SCENES We’ve also taken care of a few little annoyances: - The percentage score is back! You’ll once again see it next to the fact-checking button on posts. - Selecting a photo should no longer open the photo gallery twice when you double-tap. - We’ve fixed an issue that could cause the notification permission message to appear more than once. - We’ve reduced crashes that could happen when leaving a screen with a menu still open. - The emoji reaction bar that opens when you tap the smiley button now displays all reactions neatly in a single row, even on smaller screens. Nothing too flashy this time, just some improvements to make your everyday experience on eYou a little better. Thank you for being here and for helping us keep improving eYou! 💙

Did you notice a faster eYou today ? 🤔 Good night friends.

World Mental Health Day - October 10 Real voices. Real experiences. Real change. Mental health is part of all our lives, yet too often, the people who understand its challenges firsthand are the ones whose voices go unheard. This year’s World Mental Health Day theme, “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change,” reminds us that listening is only the beginning. It’s about taking people’s experiences seriously, challenging stigma and making sure those directly affected have a voice in the decisions that shape their lives. Sometimes, making a difference starts with something simple: listening without judgment, showing compassion or reminding someone that they don’t have to face everything alone. Every story matters. Every voice deserves to be heard. Let’s make room for understanding, kindness and conversations that truly matter.

#CerebralPalsyDay My son Dimi , a twin , had a stroke before birth due to a very rare syndrome that rushed his way into this world . He inspired me to clean public places while waiting for him to do his daily private physiotherapy. If my iniative will scale even more to a global level, I will make everything possible to help having proper modern incubators in the neonatal clinics all around the world . Our twins were so tiny (900 and 1300 grams) but still managed to deal with all the obstacles like malfunctioning incubators , shortage of staff ( which led to them being left in unplugged incubators a few times for hours ) , and now they are 7 years old . I am grateful for the people that met and I would like to thank them for being next to us in our hardest moments. Thank you ! Gabriel

An explorer worth knowing Vlad Mihai Rotilă uncovers overlooked places, hidden histories and stories that deserve to be discovered. Some places are forgotten. Their stories don’t have to be. @Vlad Mihai Rotila describes himself as “a seeker of forgotten buildings and forgotten history.” On his travels, he looks for lesser-known places, discovers what happened there, and brings their stories back into the light. On eYou, he doesn’t just share destinations. He shares discoveries — places shaped by people, history, and details we might never have come across otherwise. We love the personal and authentic way he sees them, and the passion with which he can make something almost forgotten feel impossible to overlook. Vlad is one of those people worth following.

A story worth discovering He brings plants to life through witty storytelling and satire Meet the author behind Plants with Attitude! What happens when plants develop personalities, strong opinions and absolutely no intention of keeping them to themselves? Meet Timo Hörske, the creative mind behind Pflanzen mit Haltung (Plants with Attitude) and the eYou account @Grünblick & Gezeiten. Through witty storytelling and a healthy dose of satire, Timo brings plants to life, giving them plenty to say about human behaviour, society and the little absurdities of everyday life. From opinionated cacti to rather self-important monsteras, his botanical characters have a way of making us laugh while giving us something to think about. And there’s another reason to celebrate! Pflanzen mit Haltung has just become an officially registered trademark in Germany. Congratulations, Timo, on this wonderful milestone! We’re delighted to have you and your wonderfully outspoken plants growing alongside our eYou community. If you haven’t discovered his little botanical universe yet, go and say hello. Just don’t expect the cactus to be particularly welcoming.

They are our twin little Fixies , Dimi and Fifi 🙂🙂. I am very grateful for what life has given me so far ! The best is yet to come! Thank you for your support! Gabriel
