For too long, social media has been a space where you are the product. We think you deserve better.
Actual algorithms trap attention in distracting echo chambers, narrowing perspectives and limiting diverse information. eYou assures open algorithms that put you in control of what you see.
Information spreads instantly, but its accuracy is often uncertain, making it difficult to know what can truly be trusted. eYou integrates a built-in fact-checking system.
Personal data flows silently online, with users unaware how it's used or influenced by foreign actors. eYou finally offers an ethical, and responsible alternative for your data.

Live from eYou
A glimpse at what the eYou community is sharing — every post runs through the built-in fact-check.

And my Tiramisu is ready.😍😍😍
A few weeks ago, I spent about 30 minutes cleaning these overflowing bins in a student parking area in Sofia. Since I share my cleanups across different social media platforms, this one also went viral, and many local authorities already know about my work. So I was curious to come back and see what had happened. I expected to find the area cleaner, or maybe even more bins. Instead, I found that both concrete bins had simply been removed. As someone born in Romania, living mostly in London, and spending time in Sofia, it’s interesting to see the difference. In Romania, almost every plastic bottle, can, and glass bottle has a deposit, so people return them for money. In Bulgaria, that system is still only being tested in a few places, so most containers still have no deposit value. Follow @FixerDad for more meaningful transformations! Gabriel

Football won tonight. Now waiting for all the corruption files against the Argentinian federation to be broadcasted everywhere.
Bravo Spain ! 🇪🇸 #WC2026 !
The world comes together to watch the final. 🌍⚽ For 90 minutes, millions of people share one unforgettable moment. Different countries. Different languages. Different stories. Yet all experiencing the same emotions at the very same moment. That’s what makes football beautiful. Not just the goals or the trophies, but its rare ability to unite people across borders. However the final ends, one thing is already certain: moments like these remind us that we’re more connected than we often think. Enjoy the game. Celebrate the passion. Respect the people behind every shirt. Football brings us together. That’s worth celebrating. ❤️ #⚽️🏆2026
#⚽️🏆Polls 🏆 It all comes down to this: the Final! Quick note first 🙏: we missed the third-place playoff (England 6-4 France) in our polls. Our bad! That one won't count for the badge. Let's finish strong 👇 🇦🇷Argentina vs Spain 🇪🇸 🕑 Sunday, July 19, 7 PM GMT Who takes this one? Let's go.
Something happened on eYou today. A user posted that our moderation is outsourced to India. And that Indians, culturally, cannot moderate meaning for Europeans. The claim was false. Our moderation is not outsourced. Reports are handled by our own pipeline and reviewed by our own team, in Europe. But that's not the part I want to talk about. I replied to him myself. I told him I was born in Mauritius. That I studied and built my career in France. That I live in Europe and co-founded eYou as a European platform. His answer was not an apology. It was condescension. And you know what? That's fine. Because it gave me the chance to say something I believe deeply. European is not an ethnicity. It's not a skin color. It's not a surname. It's not a genetic test. It's a set of values. Privacy as a right. Transparency as a duty. Dignity as a default. I did not become European by blood. I became European by choice. And I would argue that makes the commitment stronger, not weaker. eYou will always welcome criticism. Tell us our app is slow. Tell us a feature is missing. Tell us our fact-checks got it wrong. We read everything and we ship fixes every week. But arguments based on ethnicity have no place here. Not against our users. Not against our team. Not against anyone. That's not censorship. That's the baseline of a platform built on trust. One last thing. To everyone who joined eYou believing a European platform could be built differently: it can. It is. By people from everywhere who chose these values. That was always the point. Good evening, friends.
Placinte cu pui.
Why did we wait 10 weeks before launching the desktop version of eYou? Because building a web version is easy. But building one that is resilient against Chinese and Russian bots is much harder! Since day one, hundreds of users have been asking @Jasseem Allybokus and I for a desktop version. We heard you. But we made a deliberate decision: security before speed. Only after welcoming more than 100,000 users to eYou in just 10 weeks did we feel confident enough to open our platform to the web. Starting today, you can use eYou on: 📲 iPhone 📱 Android 💻 And any desktop or laptop browser One account. One community. One experience. This is another important milestone in our mission to build Europe’s most trusted social media platform. Now, over to you: Have you already tried the web version yet? What do you like most on @eYou, and what should we improve next?
Before having kids, I lived here in Central London, Zone 1. Nothing fancy — just a shared house. The garden was a complete mess. Rubbish everywhere, a shed full of junk and even three foxes living there… and pooping everywhere 😂 So I cleaned it up. Emptied the shed, dug the soil with my own hands and planted tomatoes and peppers. And slowly, this happened. 🌱 Sometimes you don’t need a lot of money to change something. You just need to see what it could become. Follow @FixerDad for more meaningful transformations!

I expected to be banned by TikTok. X. Even Meta. But Telegram? That one, I didn’t see it coming! When we launched @eYou, several friends warned me: - "Now that you’re building a new social media platform, don’t expect the incumbents to welcome you with open arms.” - "Behind the polished user experience lies one of the most competitive industries in the world." - "The world of big social media platforms is no fairy tale!" All right. Social media giants don’t just compete for users. They compete for attention. For influence. For big money. I was not a heavy Telegram user. The reason was the message Pavel Durov sent to all Telegram users in Romania last year, on the day of the presidential election, alleging French interference without providing supporting evidence. Whatever your political views, I believe the founder of a social media platform should never intervene publicly - especially not on election day! Yesterday, I decided to log back in on Telegram. But I discovered I had been banned. I have no idea why. I’ve never posted spam. I’ve never shared illegal content. I’ve never violated Telegram’s rules. I have contacted Telegram support. I’ll keep you posted ;) But this reminded me of something. Building a social media platform is unlike building any other business. You’re not just building a product. You’re stepping into a fierce battlefield. ⚔️ That’s precisely why, at eYou, @Jasseem Allybokus and I have chosen a different approach. Safe space. Trust. Fact-checking. Transparent rules. The same standards for everyone. If Pavel Durov - or anyone else from Telegram - created an account on eYou, they would be welcome. They would only be moderated if they violated the same community guidelines that apply equally to every single user. -- The question remains: Why would Telegram ban my account? Please let me know in the comments.
